Meet Our Founder - Marina
 

With a remarkable portfolio of experience, Marina has left her mark on major projects, including hospitals, theaters, stadiums, and high-density commercial buildings. Her extensive background encompasses leading multi-disciplinary engineering and specialist teams such as with mechanical and electrical systems, through to hydraulic, fire, civil, and structural elements, etc. Marina's passion for the built environment - internal, external, and all works in between, sets her apart as a leader in the industry.

Marina's journey into the world of finely crafted residential and commercial spaces was inspired by raising her own family. Her innate talent for innovative design strategies makes her the go-to professional for distinctive and practical solutions. Marina doesn't have all the answers - but does know who to ask. Her dedication and pursuit of a project care and good idea (within reason) is mighty.

Reflecting on the role of today's project manager, we believe that the greatest value a project manager can bring to any team is coherence and alignment around the team's vision. The PM can lead or create the vision, they play a crucial role in ensuring that the client's collective vision becomes a reality. This collaborative effort involves drawing from diverse perspectives, including designers, engineers, trades, suppliers and more, to establish a goal. 

We highly value a well-structured program timeline, ensuring that every aspect of a project and all involved parties have the necessary time and environment to contribute and perform at their best.
